Write down the main things about how you want to live each day, what you strive for in terms of personal development and inner life. When you feel satisfied with this list, set it aside.
After 1-2 days, return to it and see if you still deeply and sincerely feel that these are the goals that are most significant to you. If not, correct the text. When you feel confident about the text, memorize it.
Repeat this text at the beginning of each day. When you discover something new and important, include it in your manifesto.
